Hello everyone. Just before I turn this blog into a very emotionally unstable one, thought you should know that there are times that I still remember that I'm very blessed.
Just celebrated my birthday today. Haha, a birthday is just like any other day right? Well, my friends and I thought so, which is why two of them decided to throw me a surprise today.
Where else but every favourite hang out place, at East Coast Park's Hong Kong Cafe.
As of late, it's been a place I often love to go to with friends. Haha that being said, if you've been there at least once with me, then you obviously mean something to me. Otherwise, fret not, there are still the days ahead of us to come. I do realise that all of us have been very busy, myself included. Thus, you know, a lot of us can't hang out as often. Because if you really meant something to me, you would have known that by now :)
I was smiling from ear to ear when they presented me with these presents.
(The presents are still in place by the way, I couldn't bear to touch them.)
And then I couldn't stop smiling because I was really touched.
They also brought out a tub of rum and raisin ice cream with a candle. And then we ate the ice cream with chopsticks. I love rum and raisin haha. I still have the previous tub from Yeo in my freezer. The one before that grew mouldy. Haha, I am such a terrible hoarder!
It's times like these that make life still worthwhile. It's time like these that still give me a reason to smile. It's times like these that make me realise that I really like triangles HAHA. Jokes aside, it's times like these that make me realise that I'm never alone.
